Road Test
I drink a lot of water every day, at home and at work, and I enjoy two-to-four alcohol free evenings each week, but I have to admit there are times when my taste buds get bored. Although there are other options such as soft drinks or juices, these all add extra calories to your daily load, however, Bee Hydrated Honey Water is one way to beat the boredom while staying hydrated and giving your body some great health benefits. This delicious water beverage contains natural electrolytes and 100 per cent natural cold extracted honey, as well as being infused with with a range of high grade natural extracts such as cinnamon, green tea and ginger. A key ingredient is the honey, which has a long lineup of benefits; it contains vitamins and minerals, has antibacterial properties, and one teaspoon is the equivalent of 64 calories. There are three varieties of Honey Water including Relieve, which contains orange blossom and cinnamon, Replenish, which contains lemon myrtle and green tea, and Revitalise, which contains ginger and ginseng. All three varieties have specific health benefits: Relieve is calming and relaxing; Replenish is packed with antioxidants and nutrients; and Revive is a great immune system booster. Although all three are delicious my standout favourite was Replenish. A super blonde of honey, lemon myrtle and green tea, this honey water is perfectly balanced to be just sweet enough to be interesting, and providing a great energy boost on the road.
