I’ve always been a person who travels pretty light, even when it comes to clothes and shoes. The same goes for  lingerie; what I pack needs to be practical, easy to wear when you’re on the road, or flying long haul, and work with different types of clothes. In the past, I found there was often a sacrifice to be made when it came to lingerie - and bras in particular - which was style for comfort. But Berlei’s new UnderState Non-Contour range, which came back into the spotlight in September on the back of a major launch earlier this year, doesn’t sacrifice anything at all. This collection of bras and briefs is pretty, feminine and super comfortable, and it offers choices in both colours and styles for women of all shapes and sizes. Also, Berlei has expanded its range of cup sizes in the UnderState Non-Contour range; bras are now available from a D cup to a G cup. And the new additions come in new colours, including beautiful blushes and muted greys, along with luxury fabrics including luxury laces and satins. To check out the range, I was sent a gorgeous Demi Coverage bra in a soft peach colour, with matching Micro Midi brief; both were not only super comfortable to wear, but they also looked great. The fabric of the bra especially is super soft, smooth and stretchy, making it easy to fit as well as feeling cosy against the skin. And in terms of design features, some of the key ones include underwires to lift and shape, moulded cups providing support without bulk, and a design which makes the bras invisible under T-shirts and tight clothing. This set of lingerie really lived up to all promises, being super comfortable to wear as well as looking feminine.
