Erre Due is a brand I’ve only discovered recently, and I am so happy I have! Hailing from Greece, its lineup includes top quality products, including makeup and skincare, with affordable prices. Even better still, the products I’ve tested so far do exactly what they promise - and in some cases, more. Among its foundations are ones which do different jobs, and I was fortunate enough to try two of them which I thought would be ideal for travellers. And the good news is, they are. The first product I tried is called Skinlike Foundation in Beige Like, which is the lightest shade (with it being winter). Just as its name states, the foundation does exactly what it promises, delivering light, sheer coverage which makes your skin look smooth yet natural. I won’t bore you with in depth details of my love-hate relationship with foundations, but generally I prefer BB creams, tinted moisturisers and skin enhancers. However, I absolutely loved this foundation, for the way it felt on my skin, and the way it make my skin look. And there are other perks. Besides a natural, sheer coverage which feels like a ''second skin’’, the formula contains special active ingredients to hydrate the skin, also protect it with an SPF15, while also being paraben, fragrance and D5 free. And finally, don’t be put off by the sheer finish in terms of it not being long wearing. This lovely, silky foundation lasts up to 14 hours, which for me was much more than enough needed for date night.
