If you're an iPhone 5 user, you'll find there are times when you're on the move and need extra power. Even if you are thorough with your phone settings, in terms of limiting those which cause the battery drain, you may still find your iPhone loses power at a rate of knots, especially if you are using apps such as Facebook, or as I do when travelling, posting images to Instagram. The solution I've used until recently was carrying a power charger for the phone - when it gets dangerously low, you plug it in and it recharges the iPhone. This gadget provides you with a stylish and sturdy slimline case for your phone, complete with a metal shield, and with the addition of a lightweight but fast acting battery pack which clips on to the back, and pops off easily again when you don't need extra power. The battery pack quickly recharges your iPhone but allows you to continue using it easily, and to recharge the pack all you need to do is use the supplied USB to Micro USB cable and connect it to your Mac or laptop - it goes back to full power really quickly. Technically speaking, the pack gives your iPhone 2300 mAh of power, which is more than 100 per cent greater than your current iPhone battery. The case also has a soft touch finish which allows you to easily grip your phone.
