Like most women I love beautiful fragrances, but when it comes to using essential oils, I have to admit I’m a bit of a junkie. I use them on my skin, to treat skin problems, and I burn them in a diffuser in my office. I also sprinkle lavender oil on my pillow at night to promote better sleep. My next favourite for travelling was I Have Joy, which is a lovely blend of grapefruit, orange, howood and bergamot, and which is ideal for keeping you balanced on long journeys including long haul flights. The other two oil blends in the lineup include I Have Focus, which combines rosewood, rosemary, frankincense and lemon, and I Have Confidence, a blend of grapefruit, rosewood, mandarin and bergamot.
