• What else is there: Not much but that’s the point, as your accommodation has it all. Massages can be arranged in your villa by appointment.
• What’s nearby: The Villas are within walking distance of restaurants and cafes in the popular Seminyak "Eat Street". The beach is also close by, also the popular La Luciola, Ku De Ta and Mama San restaurants. Many of Bali’s key sights and beaches are within easy driving distance.

The Space 

Tucked away behind Seminyak beach, Space At Bali is an exclusive and well established villa property, offering guests a true home away from home on holiday. It comprises a collection of spacious, traditionally styled Balinese private pool villas in lush environment, coming with attentive staff, and every modern convenience. All the villas have high roof lines which flow into spacious rooms and living areas, and capture the natural sea breezes of the Seminyak area, although they are also air conditioned, and the furnishings are a colourful mix of Balinese and Moroccan designs.

Where We Stayed

Our home for four nights was a one bedroom private pool villa, designed to maximise the tropical climate with expansive outdoor areas. The design is an attractive fusion of Balinese and Moroccan influences which gives this luxury boutique accommodation its unique feel. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV offering a good range of international channels, and a music system so you can play your favourite tunes from CD or an iPod into the dining/living areas and the pool area. There’s a walk-in wardrobe off to the side of the bedroom which leads into the bathroom, with highlights including double vanity units, a deep bath tub and a large shower area with a raindrop shower head. Living and dining areas in the one bedroom villas are equipped to entertain guests, and they also have their own fully equipped kitchens off to the side; this is where your butler prepares a cooked breakfast for you each day, included in your stay, along with lunch or snacks. It also has a top notch coffee machine. Our butler Sui cooked perfect poached eggs on toast and prepared a beautiful tray of tropical fruits, topped off with a classic Balinese coffee every day. There’s also a basic mini-bar with soft drinks, beer and wine.

Insider Tips  

• If you want  to really make the most of this romantic getaway, the attentive staff will set up a special candle lit dinner service.
• If you fancy exploring the sights, book a car and driver to take you; the vehicles are nicely equipped with an esky and cold drinks and wet towels, and the drivers double up as knowledgeable guides.
