Road Test
For decades the glamour and style of Tiffany & Co has enchanted women across the globe. In 1961 Audrey Hepburn personified what Tiffany was all about in the Hollywood classic movie, Breakfast at Tiffany’s, and since then Tiffany jewellery has been coveted by many women as the ultimate fashion accessory. In recent years, however, the brand has also added a number of memorable fragrances to its growing list of must-haves. Since my first brush with Tiffany in New York in 1982, like many women I’ve had a fondness for its unique style and designs, and over the years I’ve splashed out on more than of its fragrances. The latest is Sheer Eau de Toilette, and if you’re still looking for a Mother’s Day gift idea, or just want something special for yourself to take on your next holiday, it ticks all the right boxes for a number of reasons. The “nose” behind the fragrance once more is the renewed perfumer, Daniela Andrier, who has created a subtle floral scent with top notes of blackcurrant and mandarin, middle notes of ylang ylang and rose, and bottom notes of the noble iris. The packaging is also absolutely beautiful; it’s presented in a signature blue Tiffany & Co box, with the bottle styling simple and unfussy, reminiscent of a polished diamond. Sheer isn’t a fragrance that walks into the room with you, but it’s a beautiful subtle scent that makes you dream of being outdoors in a flowering meadow or a fabulous garden. If you’re looking for something a little bit different which will last, this new fragrance is well worth checking out.

Insider Tips
- The best time to apply perfume is after a shower, as your pores are open and they can fully soak up the fragrance.
- Start by spraying the perfume on pulse areas where blood flows more, including wrists, neck, chest, inner thighs and knees, and apply from the bottom upwards, so that you smell good everywhere.

Too New Money
The brand used to be good but is too new money for my liking....give me classics and something Kardashians don't wear any day!
